We rented this house a couple of years ago and again this year! The house was clean and had plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Love love love the newly added bathroom upstairs! Paul was so easy to communicate with if I had any questions he responded promptly. It’s close to the beach and to town. I would definitely rent again!!
House was a small quaint little home convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Paul was only a text away and very helpful with advice and help of any kind.

Perfect Summer Spot
We stayed at this house for the summer while on a travel nursing assignment in Falmouth. The house was perfect - we had everything we needed there. Very clean and well kept. The outside patio is awesome and the grill worked great. Outdoor shower is also a nice touch. While we only had 3 people living there, we were able to accommodate out of town family and friends with no problem. A nice yard, and plenty of parking space out front. Felt very safe in this neighborhood as well.
The house is at a great location, only about 1 mile from Falmouth Heights, Bristol beach, and the British Beer Company. We brought bikes, so biking down to the beach was something we did frequently. The house is also a short drive from Main street (lots of shops & great restaurants). Also close to the Island Queen Fairy if you are looking to go to Martha's Vineyard.
The owner was very attentive to our needs and always willing to accommodate or help out in any way. Also was very flexible as our travel dates included a few changes before the summer began.
I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the Cape for a family vacation or to any other travel nurses looking for housing.

Absolutely perfect!
Myself and two other travel nurses needed a place to stay for the summer and somehow stumbled across this gem. Paul was so great to work with. Very professional and was flexible with us as our needs changed. As for the house itself, the pictures don't do it justice. It's a great Cape style home that worked great for us. The deck with the grill was one of our favorite things about the house. And of course the outdoor shower was great too.
The location couldn't have been better either. It's a quick bike ride to the beach and super close to downtown Falmouth with many restaurants and shops. It's also very close to the Walmart and grocery store which is super convenient.
Overall we couldn't have been happier with our stay.
Thanks Paul!

Quiet and Relaxed But Close to Everything
Rosemary M pretty much nailed everything in her review. Our college aged daughters stayed with us for 5 weeks in this comfortable house in May-June 2014 as a little vacation between their final exams and their summer job in Pennsylvania. We had a wonderful time exploring the neighborhood,, the beaches and the area in and around Falmouth. The new grill works beautifully and we loved the deck for coffee in the mornings, reading in the afternoons and for meals outside. The owner was very responsive and agreeable to deal with. I loved walking the dogs over by Great Pond a block and a half away and downtown Falmouth is 10 minutes away or less by car. We found ourselves well settled in and wishing that we could stay longer. All in all, a very comfortable home that we would recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy Falmouth and the area.

Just what our family needed!
We were looking for a last minute rental in the Falmouth area and found this one. When we arrived to meet the owner, we found the home to be comfortable, clean and containing everything to meet our basic needs exactly as described in the listing. The owner was very hospitable and happy to accommodate our family, including our pets. The kitchen had limited eating space, but honestly, when we ate in, we ate on the fly or out on the spacious and private deck after grilling burgers or the catch from a fishing trip. There is plenty of seating in the living room for an evening movie and even a comfortable den, adjacent to the deck, to retreat to in case you prefer a book. Everyone, including the teenagers, enjoyed the outdoor shower which was used exclusively. The home is convenient to just about anything you may want to do. The location is situated for ease of entrance to and exit from the Cape.
The home is about 1 mile to the nearest beach, but quickly accessible via car or a peaceful bike ride along the side walked road or the quiet and picturesque path along Great Bay! While there we enjoyed kayaking, bike riding along the Shining Sea Bikeway, charter fishing, day trips to Martha's Vineyard and the Cape Cod National Seashore, beach combing at numerous Falmouth beaches, meeting with friends who live locally, nighttime walks on the beach, viewing the Persied Meteor Showers, watching Oak Bluffs fireworks from the Falmouth Shore, dining in and out!
We were grateful to be able to rent this property and would recommend it to friends and consider it for future vacations.
