We always appreciate a clean and neat lodging and the Sebel delivered on both accounts. Was in the perfect location to enjoy Auckland sights.

This apartment is absolutely fabulous. Great location, well appointed. Easy to check-in and checkout. One very minor issue was very easily and quickly resolved by the owners. Would highly recommend to others. We will certainly be back!

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We were downgraded because the original room we booked with view was flooded. Offered financial compensation but nothing received to date. These private stays in Sebel come with no services so no fresh towels. Reception refused to store our luggage for two hours after check out as not considered part of Sebel Hotel. Overall more disappointments than positives
