Poor response to service requests

The property was in good condition and a decent location away from very busy tourism spots. My thermostats stopped working after the first day. I asked for service to come repair so that I can have heat multiple times, but no one every came during my 12 day stay. Management seemed responsive and willing to correct the issue, but never really made a full effort to ensure that my heater got repaired immediately.
