3 bedroom 2 bath condo will take you away as soon as you step inside. The prime location offers you sweeping views of both the Gulf and the Intracoastal Waterway! The unit has been recently remodeled using the quality finishes! There is beautiful ceramic tile throughout the whole unit! The kitchen is meticulously appointed with dark solid wood cabinetry, stunning quartz counters, stainless appliances and tile backsplashes. All windows and sliders throughout have been upgraded to impact. The spacious master bedroom and living room dining combo both open onto the oversized balcony that spans the width of the unit. Sit back and relax while you enjoy watching the sparkling Gulf waters. There is only one assigned parking space and only a few guest - first come - first serve.

Wonderful Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week! The furnishings and beds were very comfortable and the view was outstanding. The room was very clean and ready when promised. The manager was responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Indian Shores and IRB yearly since 2000 but this was our first time at Sandcastle 1, suite 308. The condo was amazing in many ways. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Taylor and Sharon are of Seaside Property are super to deal with as always. Love the area....we keep coming back with a big smile. It’s very rare that we have a complaint as was the case this trip.

Indian Shores

Sandcastle was a great vacation choice for our family. The pool was excellent as was the hot tub and the beach was right there. It’s an older property, but the condo we stayed in was very nicely updated and had everything we needed. We went from Clearwater to St. Petersburg and everywhere in between and found lots of great dining and entertainment for our family.
