NOTICE TO GUEST STAYING IN MAY 2026: The swimming pool will be undergoing a resurfacing project starting May 4, 2026 and will be closed for approximately 4 weeks.

Great condo in the heart of St John’s pier. Safe, secure. Walk to shops, outdoor adventures, restaurants. Pool was perfect, a lot of chairs and loungers, beach way less crowded than Clearwater, space to call your own.

The place was clean right on the beach and in an area that was really easy to get around and do things. We got there early and the owner let us check in early, which was great. We had a few questions about things that the owner got right back to us on and we had a very nice stay

The condo was lovely! We had 2 couples and myself and we all had room to move and sleep. Kitchen was stocked well as we cooked dinner in 3 nights. Beach and pool were awesome! Highly recommend! Close to shopping and restaurants!

Enjoyed John's Pass directly across the street. There were many boat cruises offered, we took the one to Shell Key Preserve. Very fun! No walkable grocery, but easy to order delivery and Door Dash. Lyft & Uber drivers always available. Nice condo. Would be nice if there was a full length mirror in the bedrooms to help w getting ready. Quiet area but lots to walk or ride to. Beach was 20 steps off the elevator!

Great condo and location

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Definitely enough room for more to sleep on the pullout as the living room had plenty of space. Great balcony area and view even though it is from the side. You get to see the bay, ocean and John’s pass with boats going in and out. The kitchen area is wonderful with tons of counter space and room as well. Would love to stay there again. Thank you for a great spring break trip!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay in Madeira Beach. The condo could use some maintenance and/or updates. The vertical blinds in the master bedroom are falling down and do not block out the sun. Because of this, the storm curtain needs to be used for privacy and sun blockage. Although the condo was relatively clean, there was a dead cockroach on the floor when we arrived. We did not see any more during our stay. Some of the walls need to be cleaned because there are streaks going down them. Also, there was only one beach chair in the box on the deck and none anywhere else. None of this would keep me from returning, however, I would like to see these items fixed if we return. Thank you!
