Unit 8 Dolphin Cove is perfectly located in the heart of Nelson Bay with only a quick 100 metre walk to first class restaurants, boutique shopping, cafes, bars and D'Albora Marina.
The unit is very comfortably furnished with an air conditioned, open plan living / dining area that opens out onto the balcony with views over the township and has the bonus of your personal, gas BBQ facilities. The living area also has a large Smart TV, BlueRay DVD Player and WiFi.
Fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and electric cook top. You'll have your own private internal laundry with front loader washing machine/ dryer combo, wash tub and the convenience of having a beach cart to take all your beach gear down to the waters edge. The owners have even supplied some beach toys/games, children's plastic dinnerware and a highchair.
There are three bedrooms all with balcony access to allow the sea breezes to flow through, the main bedroom also provides an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and also has a WiFi connected Smart TV. Bedroom 3 also has a small TV for DVD or USB port connection and 4 plastic chairs and activity table for the children. The large main bathroom offers a relaxing bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

Simply park your car in the secure undercover garage and everything you need is at your fingertips - restaurants, shops, cinema, water sports and cruise boats. This will be the perfect holiday destination and your stay here will certainly be memorable.

Everything was great for us with two young kids. Kitchen was great. 2 smart tv's. One with dvd player for kids. Close to shops. Great coffee across the road. Had all great appliances, vacuum, washer.. normally they skimp on appliances but the whole place was great. Thanks again
