9 Spinnaker is located in the heart of Batemans Bay, located in a private complex this beautiful unit has ocean frontage with views of the Clyde River. Only a 2 minute walk from the Marina and local seafood restaurant and only a five minute walk along the waters edge to Batemans Bay CBD. 9 Spinnaker's location is by far one of best.

The Space:
9 Spinnaker is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a undercover balcony that over looks the beautiful crisp Clyde River with the view all the way down to the Batemans Bay Bridge and all the way out to the Tollgate Islands.
In the main bedroom you have a Queen bed with ensuite that features a spa bath and shower, you also have your own access to the balcony where you can sit back and enjoy the ocean view. The property also offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and electric cooktop and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Thank you Professionals

The hiring agent, The Professionals, made sure the property was fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay sitting on a private veranda overlooking the Clyde estuary. Quiet, friendly neighbours. Highly recommend the Sandbar restaurant for a five course Japanese degustation.

Great views

The car park is under ground and has a 1.8m limit. We weren’t told that and had to park down the street. There were a few things that we thought it could improve on which we have passed onto owner. Overall very nice place.

Batemans Bay Stay

Overall very good. Great location, very secure and safe. The only issue was the cleanliness of the main bathroom. It took 2 days to scrub the mould off the shower and the door especially had a think build up of mould that was hard to remove. Other than that all good

Premium location let down by poor maintenance and provisioning

This is a premium location with magnificent views over Batemans Bay and overall a comfortable property. Having said that, we were surprised to be advised to bring our own toilet paper for a 4-night stay. However, we should also have been advised to bring our own basic cleaning, hygiene and washing-up supplies. On day 1, we had to purchase hand soap, dishwashing detergent, sponges, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, gladwrap and alfoil, as none of these items were available on site. The property could also have done with a more adequate linen supply. One small kitchen tea towel and two bath towels were supplied, but there was no bath mat, face or hand towels in the main bathroom. The lack of maintenance is also starting to show with dated furniture, stained grout in the shower, jumble sale crockery and small TVs dating back to early flat panel days. Overpriced for the presentation.
