- There are nearby roadworks taking place. These works should not affect access; however, traffic control will be in place. These works will take 2–3 months to complete.
- Access is at the rear of the complex. Drive down the ramp and use the fob to open the shutter drive-in. The car spots are numbered.

- There is a lift in the building.
- Airconditioning/heating is available in the living area and bedrooms.
- Cot and High Chair available at the property.
- Pool could be closed at any time for repairs
