The road to the property is very narrow and difficult to drive if you are from USA. There are a bunch of power line poles partially blocking the view of the Fuji mountain, which is not perfect. Otherwise, it is very good.

部屋が汚い

部屋が汚い。チェックインして1番にしたことは掃除機をかけたこと。 部屋の床はザラザラで髪の毛や犬の毛など汚れっぱなし。掃除機には、前のゴミが溜まったまま。 階段も犬の毛が沢山落ちていました。 玄関も砂や芝など汚れっぱなし。 そもそも玄関は汚れている場所だから掃除はしないんでしょうか？ こうなると、食器など本当に綺麗なのか疑ってしまいます。 お金を支払って宿泊しているので、最低限、掃除だけはしっかりして欲しいです。 楽しみにしていたので、とても残念です。

初めてのわんことの旅行で楽しく過ごせました。バーベキューは薪でやると思ってましたが、ホットプレートで少し物足りなさを感じました。1人階段を登れなかったのですが、1階には寝具がなくソファーで寝ました。プロジェクターはログインが必要で帰るときにログアウトわすれてしまいました。 部屋は綺麗で景色もよく楽しく過ごせました。

新しい建物でアメニティも充実してました

新しい建物でアメニティも充実してました。 ただ、今回10名で泊まらせていただきましたが、ダブルベット４個で布団が二つ用意されてました。夫婦ならダブルベットでも良かったですが、友達同士ではちょっと不便を感じました。4-6名なら快適だと思います。 あと床暖房があってとってもよかったです。 加湿器が一つだったのはちょっと残念でした。乾燥が気になりました。 全般的にはすごく良かったです。

愛犬と一緒に快適に宿泊する事ができました。 富士さんが目の前に見える庭が広く、超小型犬のうちの犬にとっては、ドッグランのようでした。 ただ、外と隔てる塀の下の部分に小型犬なら抜け出せる程度の空間があり、犬が、慣れてくると外に抜け出ようとした事が数回あり目が離せませんでした。
