It was a perfect spot to see all the Lincoln stuff. The Frank Lloyd Wright house was very close and lots of great restaurants close by.The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Very cool experience to stay in a well kept historic home. It was incredibly spacious. It was also perfectly located - we easily walked to every major attraction downtown. It was a treat to go back to this property after a day of sight seeing. Very convenient location, clean and comfortable apartment, updated with modern amenities but still full of charming antiques. We would stay here again!

Like many, we chose the property based on the nostalgic design and furnishings and we were so pleased. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. We would have enjoyed more than 4 plates and 4 coffee mugs as our party of 6 did not have enough.

Conference stay

My colleague and I stayed at the bressmer House a year ago when we had a conference in Springfield. We loved it so much that this year we decided to try the second floor. It was equal to our experience on the first floor! Beautifully furnished and supremely comfortable. It was a welcome refuge after long days at the conference. The location is perfect and we would both stay here again.

Very close to Lincoln Home

Due to misunderstanding on my part, we stated on 3rd floor instead of 2nd floor as we were expecting. There is no elevator so the stairs were a bit of a challenge. I had the Turret Room and it was lovely. James was very kind.
