CottageVacations4u "Shore Thing"- ocean views-direct beach access-pool club

Located directly across from beach access walkway- 200FT to beach.
PLEASE NOTE COMMUNITY POOL CLUB ONLY OPEN MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY.
TOWELS PROVIDED ON ALL RENTALS- LINENS PROVIDED ON WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY.
The master bedroom hosts a king bed and his and her bath with a whirlpool tub. the master also has a walk in closet and TV. Second bedroom has a king bed and full bath. The other two bedrooms each have two full beds and full adjoining baths. All bedrooms have TV's.


The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

Family beach trip with kids and grandkids

Beautiful condo! It felt clean and welcoming! Updated and pretty. We loved the location. Short, convenient walk to the beach. Great views of the ocean. Host was always available to answer questions, gave helpful reminders and was proactive!!!

Amazing condo and host!

Very clean condo and super responsive host! Nothing to complain about-was exactly as advertised. Great view of the ocean and right across from the public beach access. Kitchen had everything we needed for a week long stay. Beds were super comfortable. Couldn’t have had a better experience renting this condo!

Wonderful property

The pictures and description don’t do it justice! It was directly across from the beach and the house was very clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed in rentals many times and have never found one better stocked. Any type of kitchen item you could ask for was there and in good shape. This is the place I will stay on my next visit!

Perfection

Spent a week here! Wonderful views and so close to the beach access and the pool. This spot is now one of my favorites. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans bowls/plates etc. Cliff is so helpful, making sure that we are well taken care of. Thanks!

Perfect location, amazing place!

This Islander Villa unit was fantastic! Cliff was excellent in all communication from start to finish. He was patient and answered any question I had right away. The condo is beautiful! Relaxing and great decor and the walk to the beach was so easy. The kitchen is stocked. You can find everything you need! The room layout was great for the 8 of us. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great Place at the Beach

We found Shore Thing to be a very well maintained unit. Nice comfortable furnishings, one of the best stocked kitchens in regards to nice cookware, plenty of dishes, and the appliances appeared new! ( as a matter of fact I just updated my kitchen last year and I have a very similar range, dishwasher and kitchen faucet! 👍🏻😂) The beds were comfortable, lots of nice pillows. Plenty of decent towels, wash cloths! The unit was very clean, and there were lots of brooms, mop, if we needed them. Beautiful home away from home! Thanks so much for sharing it☺️💙🌴the only suggestion might be to provide a small under the kitchen sink fire extinguisher…..my husband and son in law are both volunteers with our local fire department, and were kinda concerned about this. Thank you again

Amazing find!

This unit was everything we could ask for, and more!! The space was cozy and beachy and plenty of room for our family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked with all items for the kitchen and plenty of bath towels. The owner, Cliff, was extremely great at communication and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. The beach access was literally steps off the back deck, the views from the deck were amazing too. The area was quiet, not a lot of wild parties and other people in the building were quiet too. The elevator was great for accessing the second floor unit and plenty of parking. We hope to visit Ocean Isle Beach again in the future and would abosutly rent this unit again!

Squeaky Clean!

If your looking for rest and relaxation, this is the place for you! This 4 bdrm 4 bth unit was amazing! Very clean and exactly as pictured! Location was perfect, only steps to beach access. Short walk to the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities along w/ many extras. It felt very much like home. The living room was comfy with ample seating and views of the ocean. Balcony was much the same. Bedrooms were tastefully decorated and had plenty of storage/closet space for clothing. Mattresses were lacking for persons with back problems. Note: linens were provided (by linen service) however, they were not on the beds upon arrival. Plenty of bthrm towels/washcloths (plush, not thin and flimsy). There were even 8-10 beach towels available for use. You must wash, dry and fold all towels upon departure. Overall, this condo was fantastic! Cliff Hucks was fantastic from start to finish with communication.

Comfortable Accommodations

This property is well furnished and was very comfortable, even with two other families with three children under 2 also staying there, there was plenty of space for all. It is very convenient to the beach access.

Anything negative I could say? The pictures don’t do this place justice. Much, much nicer than I was expecting based on photos. Place was incredibly clean. We booked the day before arrival and Cliff was very accommodating. We would definitely rent from Carolina Vacations 4u again

Large sized condo next to the public beach access

Beautiful, clean and spacious condo with four bedrooms just across from the public beach access. My parents, sister, two young kids, husband and myself stayed in this condo and had plenty of room. We were all blown away by how CLEAN this condo is. The bedrooms are great sized with plenty of beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with super nice appliances - the dishwasher is quiet. Each bedrooms has their own TV. The condo is right across from the public beach access which is a must - especially if you are towing umbrellas and many beach accessories. The condo also has an elevator which is convenient. I highly recommend this place!

Great condo for group

Very easy walk to a beautiful beach. Condo held our group of 10 very well. Elevator was a good surprise for loading in. Kitchen stocked with anything you could possibly need. Also appreciated all the hooks in the rooms and on deck to hang bathing suites, towels and hats.
