AQUA RESORT #1103 is an absolutely gorgeous updated condo! All new furniture, fresh light gray paint, new decor throughout, new stainless appliances and more make this one of the best condos on the beach! A new 65" Smart TV was added January 2023 for all your streaming apps!

Our 11th floor condo (#1103) is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom that features TWO GULF FRONT BEDROOMS and a HUGE BALCONY! It will be difficult to find a more perfect condo for your family to come and enjoy their beach vacation to the fullest! The condo is beautifully decorated, and we feel confident you will appreciate the attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go with new stainless appliances & granite counter tops.

AQUA in Panama City Beach is an incredible property in the absolute perfect location! You will love the amenities that this building offers including a gulf front fitness center, multiple luxury pools, hot tubs, steam room, welcoming lobby area, covered parking and much more!

Please be aware that Aqua's parking garage clearance is 7'6" and there is very limited parking outside the garage area. **
