Highlights include views of the tropical lagoon pool and garden with easy access to the beach and all of Palm Coves best restaurants and cafes just outside the resort, and just a stones throw from the life guard patrolled section of Palm Cove beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. What stopped an excellent rating was the small things like the very small 2 inch dishwashing cloth, that looked a month old, 1 stained and bleached t towel, no cloth to wipe down the kitchen, ( we bought one) no tissues or toilet spray and a few other things. Attend to this and the place gets a 10!

Disappointing that the sliding door in our unit was almost impossible to close properly.Our stay was affected by loud and unruly children in the pool on 3 of the 7 days we stayed.The communication with the manager was less than ideal. We only received the access information the day before we arrived. We had tried to contact the manager prior to this just to confirm our booking but we did not get a reply to our email until after we had access to our unit.

Hi Duncan I accordance to our policies we don’t not send out check in information till the day prior of check in which is normal practice sent via VRBO app not direct email. Not much I can do about other people staying in the apartments and how they behave and you never mentioned anything about the sliding door nor has anyone else that has stayed there. Thanks for burning a hole in the outside place mat with a candle you had lit during your stay.

Perfectly perfect

We had a great time in Palm Cove and loved this apartment. The host, Ari, made us feel welcome and showed us around. So many things I brought along thinking we would need to supply them were already catered for in the apartment. I would recommend this place and will definitely book it again
