It is centrally located, all amenities are just in walking distance. Near to city Centre, Waikato hospital, Hamilton Garden, and Waikato river walk.
It pleases the quietness.

House has five bed rooms and kitchen. House can accommodate up to 11 guests. There are two cabins that can be booked for additional cost when rooms required for additional 4 occupants. Either you can book a house or cabins or both house plus cabins. Contact me if you want to discuss on it.

Units are equipped with a kitchenette with a dining area, and a shared bathroom with free toiletries and shower. Some units include a patio and/or a balcony with garden views.

There are two toilet and bathrooms: one is inside the house and another one is just next to the house entrance attached with house.
