Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice, modern small house. Cleaning could have been a bit better, used tea towel in kitchen and toothbrush in shower. Bedrooms had beds only, no other furniture or pictures. The mattresses on the bunk beds were very very thin like camp mattresses and the bottom mattress was too small for the actual bed. The outdoor deck and table was nice but no shade at all. In saying all of that, it was new and modern, only a short drive to everything and we did have a great time in Torquay.
