Clean, bright, wonderful view, balcony a delight What more can you want? Bonus, a short walk to sandy white beach in addition to the delightful pool on property. Make this your home away from home, get a roomy accommodation for a very fair price!

An easy walk

This is by far one of the better condos I have ever rented easy to get to, easy to check in. The condo was clean and everything was in great working order. This condo has spectral views of the pool, beach, and bay from the condo and an easy walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been at. I would stay again 100%. D.D.

Wow …. What a hidden gem this condo is. Inside the beautiful Sandestin Resort. Located next door to Hilton Hotel where we can get Starbucks, several restaurants including pizza, ice cream, breakfast buffet, sushi and steak. Also next to Beach House Resturant. It has really nice pool with a cantina for drinks, sandwiches and snacks. It has a small gym. The condo itself is very clean, elegant and the views from the balcony are amazing. You see water from the beach and the bay areas. The only two minutes walk to the sand is “icing on the cake “. We loved it.

Loved the location.

Everything about this property was easy and enjoyable. Loved the access to entire Sandestin resort with beaches, restaurants, shopping, and pools. Only improvement for this specific property would be an upgrade for the TVs to be able to watch Netflix or other streaming content. Neither of the TVs were smart TVs. Both had DVD players, but neither were hooked up. Once we sorted through the chords and plug ins, we couldn’t get one to work properly and had to switch remote batteries to get the other to work. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable and this was just a minor setback as we weren’t in the room much anyway.

Overall, this condo at Sandestin was beautiful. The condition of the unit was great despite the fact that it could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived. The pool area was very well maintained and was very nice. Beach access was within walking distance from the condo, but Sandestin and the hotel there had way too many chairs and umbrellas set up at the beach and it made it way too crowded. Unless you got down to the beach super early, it was hard to find a place to sit. We only visited the beach a couple of morning while there for the week. It was way too crowded too with people and the adventures group set up adjacent to our beach area who took up too much space with their jet skis, banana boats, etc. Again, we loved the pool area, but not the beach. We also liked that most of the time we were able to secure a parking place in the building's parking garage.

Terrible Experience and Location

Overall, the stay was terrible! Balcony overlooks pool golf course and parking lot. The grounds are nice w/ a great pool area. Parking is bad, it’s a low height garage with very small spots difficult to get in/ out w/ limited spots. Larger vehicle won’t fit. Condo itself is ok, bed frame was broken, mattress falling in, bedroom door hits bed and doesn’t close to living room Beach Access is short walk. Hilton has a nice oceanfront restaurant and bar. Hilton blocks access to large area of beach as private- guest only. Remaking beach is small, a lot of condos and people! Lifeguard roped off 3 areas, then a rental company roped off 3 more huge areas for jet ski rentals, an expensive snack bar and rental office. Then placed 3 rows of rental umbrellas / chairs at edge of water between roped areas blocking water access. You can’t even see past to ocean. You have to set up your things behind them against sand dune. Unable to walk past or though umbrellas as they block access. Beach chair employees use off road vehicles for personal use up and down beach all day w/ boomboxes blaring. Chair rental company controls this portion of public beach and limits use unless you rent from them. Destin beaches not like they used to be! Beach chair rental companies have taken over and ruined beach and vacation.

We had an a wonderful time in Destin. We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful 1 bdrm condo. It was clean, well maintained and thoughtfully decorated. It’s very close to the beach and has a nice pool area. I would definitely book here again in the future!

What a nice and cozy mountain home. The decor is great and has extra amenities compared to other homes in Estes. The game room in the basement, the sonos speakers, the two fire places, well equipped kitchen and a great location with panoramic Mountain Views. Will for sure come again.

50th Anniversary

Everything was very nice. Resort area is BEAUTIFUL. Just a short walk to the beach and owner has chairs and umbrella so no rental necessary. Conveniently located to shopping, eating, sight-seeing, etc. Would absolutely stay in this property again.

The Condo was nice and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. For future guests it would be helpful to have info in the binder on the table about where to take trash and things like that , but overall a great experience !

Wonderful for family!

My family of 4 loved every min of it! The beach access was perfect! The pool was perfect for my teens! The view was dreamy! The rental spot was easy access to everything! King bed was super comfy and place was very clean! Definitely will check back to reserve this spot again. Check out the donut shop at entrance and the biscuit place!! Super yummy!

Amazing condo

This condo was beautiful! The view from balcony is so nice! The pool was super nice. The beach area was PACKED haha. But overall this place was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for my husband & I to celebrate our 25 year anniversary!

Best condo in Destin….

Super easy access to condo, parking garage under building, super easy beach access just two minute walk. Views of beach and bay from this high floor and resort views are great. Several restaurants within walking distance in market shops near beachside Sandestin gate and inside Hilton Hotel (next door) in addition to the beach house Resturant on the beach. Large lagoon style pool with a pool side tiki hut that sells drinks and sandwiches. Loved this condo and loved the building with this amazing location.

Great Stay at the Luau

Our stay was amazing at this property. It was more updates than the photos reflected. Everything was clean and neat. The pool and pond view was perfect! You could also see a little of the beach. We definitely would stay here again.

Spectacular Sunsets!

Great get away for two. This unit has perfect view for sunsets, pool and beach. Though the unit was in process of remodel the manager was VERY responsive and accommodating. We would stay again!
