This spacious 2BR-2BA condo with an extra-large balcony overlooks all the action at the Village of Baytowne! It is conveniently located near the tropical swimming pool complex, the beach, and the events, shops, and restaurants at the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

The family area provides comfy seating for everyone and access through sliding glass doors to the extra-large balcony with seating. Our fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed to easily prepare meals and snacks. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a bunk bed (twin over full), and there is an additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests can enjoy HDTV, Blu ray DVD players and complimentary WIFI for streaming.

Guests can take the tram to the beach for a day of white sand, blue waves, and sunshine. Steps away is the tropical swimming pool complex which is the best keep secret in Baytowne offering a secluded retreat with lush gardens, a picturesque swimming pool, hot tub, cool tub, fountains and a grilling area.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf provides a variety of dining options, ranging from casual to fine dining, as well as numerous entertainment choices including year-round events such as ice skating (seasonal), movies on the lawn, and concerts. Guests can enjoy live music at Rum Runners dueling piano bar or relax at the pier while listening to a band. Children will find plenty to explore with the playground, nature paths, rock climbing, waterslides, pirate ships, treehouses, and Jolee Island catering to kids of all ages.

We really enjoyed our vacation at 552 Observation Point. Our host was very helpful and welcoming and the online check-in and checkout was great. Sunsets from this balcony are outstanding and the activities below kept us entertained. Not a quiet spot but a fun one!

We enjoyed the view and the room a lot. We did bring a lot of paper products of our own thankfully, but everything else was provided! The kitchen did lack a few things for cooking a large meal, but for a vacation spot was awesome!

Perfect location!!

We bring the kids for vacation every year. This year, by far was the best as far as where this condo is located. It over looks the entire village. Perfect balcony to have coffee, dinner, or just relax and enjoy the live music or events going on right below you!!

Excellent Room

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Our only complaint was that it is directly above Rum Runner which is open until 2am. You can hear the music and laughter below. If you need to sleep in silence, this might be a little disruptive. Otherwise, we loved it and highly recommend staying here.

Center of Action

It was just as advertised! We’ve been to Baytowne before so we had an idea of what we were in for. Close to all the shops and restaurants! Great views, including the bay. The one thing I would caution you about is the noise at night. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the spot for you. The room is across from the bar and it is LOUD until 2:00 a.m. every night. Not just the music, but people screaming! Other than that, it was perfect!
