Rockwell Retreat is a 4-bedroom 2 bath, 2 story Craftsman bungalow built of good quality in 1919. You know the old saying, "location, location, location". This is what Rockwell Retreat has. It is located 1/2 block from the new convention center, and 1 block from town center. Two blocks north of Blackbird Park, and the Wenatchee River.

When you get to Rockwell Retreat, you park your car, and you have options. You can hunker down and enjoy your smores, while every parade the town has, goes by your front yard; or you can walk to any and every restaurant, pub, brewery, shop, and boutique Leavenworth has to offer. Groceries, and even the hospital are within blocks.

Rockwell Retreat is a great combination of old and newer. Photos will tell a better story than words. It is a clean, well decorated home. The kitchen is fully stocked and has great reviews. Both baths are updated, and new within the past 3 years. The main floor feature one full bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Upstairs are another two bedrooms each with a full sized bed and another bathroom with shower.

Rockwell Retreat is a rare, in town, find with plenty of room for extended families, and groups.

There are no vehicle restrictions on vehicle types for spring/summer/fall for cabin access. Winter guests please see cautionary notes below:

Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there will be ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended. No exceptions. This driveway is shared with the Leavenworth Horse Carriage Company.

While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.
