3 Bedroom Cottage - Sunroom + Patio + Fire Pit

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and quiet cottage in Sunset beach area.
Less than an hour drive from Winnipeg, located 5 minutes from Grand Beach. Surrounded by mature trees, beautiful trails and about 75 meters from Sunset beach on the Lake Winnipeg. Trails next to the cottage. Clean furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen. Fire pit, wood burner, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, coffee machine, dish washer, washer and dryer available. Grill comes with a propane and cleaning fee.

NEW: Starlink WiFi Available!

Open fires are prohibited from April 14th to November 14th. Use Grill Cooking Grate to cover the fire pit when in use. Also, familiarize yourself the water hose location and how to turn it on before starting a fire in the pit.

*Fire Pit is not available in the winter. Guests can use the wood stove (fireplace) to have a fire if they would like*

Province of Manitoba's restrictions on transporting firewood dictate wood cannot be transported from outside municipalities into Grand Beach. Wood must be purchased in Grand Marais.

High quality Firewood can be requested in advance for $10.00 for 1 bundle

Pet policy: Typically do not allow pets however please message us and we can be flexible. There is an applicable pet fee and refundable deposit.

The host was always accessible and very prompt with replies. The home is a very short walk to a private beach area and it's very peaceful and the white sand is beautiful. It is a short drive to Grand Beach, which is also a must see when you visit!

Perfect Place to Stay

this property was great! Well maintained and very clean. It was perfect for a place to spend a few days with family and relax. The amenities were great -- kitchen was well stocked and outside had plenty of space to hang out. The neighborhood is quiet which was nice. A great getaway!

Lovely large space with vaulted ceilings. Huge outdoor deck with lots of chairs. Nice to have a dishwasher and laundry facilities! Air conditioner a definite bonus.

Beautiful Property

The house is beautiful and well appointed. The beds and furniture is very comfortable and attractive. Anything we needed was there. I was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t in Grand Marais and we could figure out how to get down to the beach nearby. Our stay there was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the laundry facilities and how quiet it was.

So quiet and relaxing

From the get go, this place was exactly what I was looking for. . It was clean and spacious, the beds were so comfortable and clean. It was nice to be able to use the HDMI cord attached to the tv to stream at night. Syed was so helpful and friendly. The beach is literally a five minute walk from the cottage and the sunset is amazing. All in all, my family was very happy with place and service. Amazing experience. Thank you for all your help.

Sayed's property is very spacious and it was extremely clean, which was appreciated. When we arrived there was limited outside furniture and no BBQ but Sayed graciously drove back and brought deck chairs and put together the BBQ. Thanks Sayed! We found a very cute beach for a swim about a 5 minute walk away. Just a tip; when we were there the TV was not hooked up to anything (but I think will be soon). We brought a computer and a HDMI cord and that worked great to watch a movie at night. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
