Host was unresponsive until the day before check-in. I had to message him on another website to get his attention and provide me with check in details on Vrbo. Apartment has a lovely view, but had small insects in many rooms and flooding showers. When notified, the host remained unresponsive and did not bother to sort out the issues. View is great, but would not stay here again.

The view of the ocean is spectacular, and the 24 hour security is tight, but they're the only upsides. You're a long way from anywhere, you'd want to visit (certainly not on foot). There's no soundproofing, so the Doggy Daycare constant barking of dozens of dogs from dawn to dusk. Friday nights there is some sort of loud pumping street party, literally until dawn, that the best ear plugs can't drown out. The plumbing in both bathrooms stinks and there's nothing that can be done about it. Beware the ensuite bathroom window. It looks like a mirror at night (above the vanity), but is actually a window that everybody can see straight into, day and night. You can't cover it, or hang anything over it, so any nightime bathroom activities, will have to happen with the lights off! The bedroom with the ensuite is so short, you'll have to squeeze sideways between the bed and TV on the wall, to get to the bathroom, desk etc.. Kitchen tap is broken and needs to be fiddled with to use.
