The property was located in a convenient location to downtown Ottawa. Getting around was relatively easy. We were visiting from out of province. There was a dart board available however the neighbours did not appreciate us playing. The home was clean but there was no use of a back deck as it was under repair. The onsite laundry facilities were very useful.

The Entire Cozy place was spacious and lovely to spend 3 nights with family. The location is good and the kitchen was equipped. There were 3 bathrooms, which is always helpful.

My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great location to Ottawa and the Nordik Spa (which we highly recommend). Der’s communication was excellent and attentive. Easy check-in and check-out. Lovely spot with River across the road. We had the whole house which fit 6 women comfortably. Parking was a bonus.

Host was kind and helpful but the property was quite a bit more worn down than the photos show. The sofa is a cheap, very uncomfortable fabric sectional covered in a black sheet to hide the wear. The bathrooms are both in need of a refresh and there is lots of visible water damage everywhere. The kitchen was nice but the appliances were definitely not in great condition. Kind of just feels like the overall maintenance/upkeep of the property hasn’t been done. Location was great for accessing Ottawa and the price was good too. Probably wouldn’t stay here for any longer than a couple of nights though.

Beautiful older home right on the water. Lots if windows with natural light. Lots of space if you rent the whole house. Communication was super fast and easy. The process for my first time on the app was very easy. I would say though that the house needs some TLC and a deep clean but for the price you can't complain.

Entire house with parking and amazing view on the river. Main suite was huge and 2 other bedrooms were very useful since we were 2 families. The kids really enjoyed the mini pool table and the spacious living room. Right across bridge and close to gas station.

We had a great stay here. The beds were comfy, it was equipped with everything we needed and the pool was amazing on the 30 degree day. Overall, great place to stay, and we would definitely go back!
