About this property

Vila Primavera Website

The Vila Primavera estate was designed and built by my parents 40 years ago with the goal of creating a peaceful and pleasant retreat just a few kilometres from São Paulo. Activities such as swimming in the pool, having lunch around the barbecue, sunbathing, playing ball on the lawn, taking easy hikes, playing ping pong, sleeping in a hammock, chatting by the fireplace with a nice glass of wine, enjoying fondue in the winter garden while listening to background music, playing cards until the wee hours of the morning, or simply resting in silence and comfort have always been part of our lives over the years, and now we’d like to share them with you. If you’re looking for a home that combines city-style luxury with the beauty of nature—a place to enjoy time with your family and relax—you’ve just found the perfect solution. Imóvel São Roque

Passamos o carnaval com um grupo de amigos, fomos muito bem recebidos pela anfitriã Fernanda . A caseira Valéria foi muito solicita e simpática, aliás a família toda muito agradável . A casa tem uma decoração colonial muito aconchegante, estava tudo limpo, a cozinha é completa, tudo que necessitamos para o preparo das refeições encontramos. As camas são confortáveis a roupa de cama e toalhas estavam limpos. Existem alguns pontos no imóvel, onde uma pequena manutenção se faz necessário. No geral a casa é maravilhosa, arejada, clara e nos sentimos, muito satisfeitos com a estadia.
