Perfect for family getaways, this condo provides a comfortable and convenient stay near Myrtle Beach's attractions.



The Space:

As you step inside this 3rd floor condo, you will find a downstairs master suite containing a queen bed, private en suite bathroom with hallway access as well and large closet, giving you plenty of room to spread out. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the main appliances and coffee maker to chef meals at home if you desire. Just adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 4 as well as bar stool seating at the kitchen peninsula. The open plan living with vaulted ceilings containing tons of natural light from the sky lights will make family time even more special. Step out onto the covered balcony which overlooks the pool and you will also find the full sized washer and dryer in the utility closet for any laundry needs. Upstairs, you will find the loft suite with 2 queen beds, walk in closet and a private en suite bathroom.



Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours alone. The pool deck with grills is a shared space, but you will find the local residents and other guests to be very friendly. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Golf Colony at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. The world famous Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 15 minutes south and there are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can stroll the night away with the whole family.



Getting Around:

**One dedicated parking space is available in front of condo. Please make sure the parking pass is displayed at all times. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the Tennis courts for any additional vehicle.**



Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. Though Uber is available in the area, accessibility may be limited at times.



Other Things to Note:

**By HOA requirement, one dedicated parking space is permitted in either the main front lot or side lots. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the Tennis courts for any additional vehicle**



For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
