Welcome to THE Ridge - the perfect family holiday home with 4 bedrooms, loads of features, a stunning view plus walking distance to popular Fairhaven beach and Surf Lifesaving Club. This beautiful holiday home really ticks all the boxes.



Recently renovated, THE Ridge offers large well-zoned living, sparkling bathrooms (central plus ensuite) and an expansive deck with multiple seating options a BBQ and a stunning view of the Inlet, Split Point Lighthouse, Fairhaven beach and beyond.



Upstairs, the open plan well equipped kitchen, dining (seating for 8-10) and lounge room open up to the deck and take in the spectacular views. On this level you'll also find 3 bedrooms (two with Queen Beds and a third with 2 sets of bunks).



Downstairs you'll find a fourth master bedroom with Queen Bed plus sparkling ensuite and laundry with washing machine and dryer.



A great feature of the property is the separate teenagers' retreat / rumpus room with lounge, TV/DVD, table tennis table, books and games. Another plus is a large grassed backyard (a rare commodity in Fairhaven), with plenty of room for that backyard cricket or footy match or for the kids to play and explore.



Heating and cooling throughout with split A/C, ceiling fans and a wood fire ensure you'll be comfortable all year round.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.



Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.



All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
