3 Bedroom Family Cottage with Gorgeous Lake Views at La Casa Resort - Legal STR

Our luxurious fully furnished cottage features three bedrooms with queen size beds, a sectional sleeper, single pullout bed, two full bathrooms, flat grassy backyard, and a large deck with incredible lake views.

Our bright and clean cottage sleeps up to eight people and has all the comforts of home including air conditioning, Telus cable and high speed internet, 65” smart TV plus 2 additional smart TVs in the bedrooms, Bluetooth speaker, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and a large deck with a gas BBQ. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and it is located in a convenient area of La Casa Resort close to all of the amenities.

Pools, hot tubs, and marina open May 1st. Resort amenities include two swimming pools, three hot tubs, tennis and pickle-ball courts, mini golf course, beach volley ball court, children's playground, general store, Scoops ice-cream shop, and eatery. There is also an exclusive beachfront with water trampolines, boat launch (boat slips can be rented on a daily or weekly basis); and expansive back country for hiking, mountain biking, or ATVing.

The general store offers a wide assortment of food, beverage, and liquor items, including take away meals. Alternatively, Save On Foods delivery service is available at La Casa; just order from the West Kelowna store and have it delivered the next day.

The resort is located 30 km north of Westbank and Kelowna. Enjoy some of British Columbia’s World Class Golf Courses and easy access to fourteen wineries including Grey Monk, Mission Hill, Cedar Creek, and Quail's Gate.

Very Lovely

La Casa Resort is really quite lovely, we enjoyed the walks, the beach, the serenity. The cottage itself was perfect for us, very clean, tidy,quiet and the perfect size.The only downfall was that we came there for a wedding in Lake Country and although the advertisement said it was 10 minutes from Lake Country it neglected to tell us that the 10 minutes is across the lake, the drive is actually over an hour, which was not impressive especially since the Westside Road to get out of Fintry is very windy and unpleasant to drive at night. Other than the stress of driving it was enjoyable.

Beautiful Getaway!

Our family had an amazing time! Place was clean and lovely! Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and dinners in the evening. Renting the golf cart is a must if going down to the lake. Process of renting and check out was simple and instructions straightforward. Definitely coming back next year to rent!
