Warm loft, small but functional, with a retractable queen bed (wall) and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the view is directly on the edge of Lake Memphremagog.
Only 500 meters from restaurants, bike paths, skate trails in winter.
Within 10 km of Mount Orford Ski Resort, Mount Orford National Park and Orford Golf Clubs and Sands House.
In summer, guests can use the outdoor swimming pool or the small beach on site. Shared BBQs available for guests, picnic table and covered lunching area.

This condo was very cute, well supplied, with a very pleasant and responsive host, and conveniently located. However, one of the reasons we booked here was because it offered a hot tub after a day of skiing. Hot tub was a lukewarm tub, with the highest temperature being 87 degrees C. :( Otherwise, a great little spot when in Magog!

Beautiful views of the water. We had our adult Daughter stay with us, she used the pull out and we used the Murphy bed, it was very acceptable for us. The place is full equipped and everything working. Clean pool..in door and out door, hot tub was clean. Quiet and zero pets on the grounds. We will be returning.

I grew up in Quebec city, on the border of Lac-Saint-Charles. My husband grew up in Gatineau. We currently live in Sherbrooke, about half an hour from beautiful Magog! We met in Montreal and our family of 4 moved quite a bit, having a taste of NDG Montreal, Laval, Chambly, Toronto and now Sherbrooke. Loving the Eastern Township; here to stay!!

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a regular long term rental property when we stumble on our first loft in O'Berge du Village (we have 2). I fell in love with the place, it seemed so peaceful, relaxing and luxurious! Love the idea of being on the water and having access to pools/saunas and jacuzzi all year round! The closeness of ski mountains is also a big plus. Magog is such a beautiful and lively city with lots to offer. The condos are steps away from the heart of old Magog and from beautiful Park Merry.

What makes this property unique

While travelling, we like staying in small comfy places with lots of amenities and close to everything . That's what we strive to offer. Extras : Private balcony, the view, and the nice calm yet lively ambience. Welcome!
