bathroom condo is perfect for a family with kids. Featuring mountain modern
decor, a private washer and dryer, cozy pellet-burning stove, and a fully
equipped kitchen, deck opening out to a shady grass area, this gem is not one
to be missed. Located in the quiet Snowcreek complex, you are just a short
walk away from the Mammoth Creek park with kids playground, grassy area with
picnic tables, and of course Mammoth Creek ideal spot for kids to fish, run
free, and enjoy the great outdoors. The master bedroom features a King bed
with flatscreen TV, while the alcove has a Twin bunkbed set. The bathroom with
shower/tub combo and separate vanity/sink area for all to share. From the
dining area that seats 4, this unit has an open deck with gas BBQ grill. A
fully stocked kitchen and additional bar seating for 4 making preparing family
meals a breeze. Cozy up and enjoy the warmth from the pellet stove in the
living room and watch the flatscreen TV, with a full sleeper sofa for
additional sleeping accommodations. There is even a desk nook if you need to
get some remote work or school done. All guests receive complimentary full
access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated
pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and
more. This condo sleeps up to 4 people, comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces,
pets allowed, and no smoking. It is a ground floor entrance with 1 step to
access. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is
