The entire condo has been recently updated with new furnishings, décor, and all new paint. The kitchen has went through a recent full renovation with new cabinets, granite countertops, and updated appliances. You will also find an ample supply of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and small appliances. Relax in the living room that includes a leather sofa with ottoman and a comfortable leather recliner to lounge and enjoy the flat panel cable TV with DVD player.

Could have been better

The location was great, right on the beach-BUT condo was not fully equipped with things you need for an extended stay. Nothing to clean floors with but old broom and dustpan. Kitchen utensils ie: skillets,pots, utensils, need replaced. Instructions needed for convection oven(it was older model), etc. Also recliner was very difficult to get out of because lever would hardly move! Shower curtain was frustrating because metal hooks wouldn’t move over bar easily. Water in master bath sink is opposite-hot is on right faucet not left as common practice. Also, kitchen had NOTHING as far as coffee filters to get you started, no salt and pepper, only 2 dishwasher pods and no dish soap if you wanted to hand wash dishes. Overall, it was great to be on the beach, but wouldn’t choose this location again.

Love the location, the room and facilities were a little dated BUT it gave us so much more overall (gas grill area, beach access, pool area, eating area with tables with umbrellas. Overall we would recommend this for a rental.

We can not say enough how we love staying at surf song. The pool really had a hard time staying clear but I over heard other people had made complaints and saw pool company doing there best to get it clear. It cleared up pretty fast and was amazing after about a day. The maintenance man was always cleaning up sand and fixing things and always had a smile on his face. this is our 4th year and will come back as long as I can.
