The resort facilities, while older, are very nice and the location is excellent - shopping and dining nearby and right on the beach. The property management company (TRS) was the major disappointment.

Great property, great location!

I was very pleased with my condo and the property at Surf Song. The property was very clean and had friendly staff. My only suggestion would be to purchase better mattresses for the beds. I will definitely stay at Surf Song again!

Fabulous location and comfortable stay

This place is prime location from a walk to the beach to a short jont to St. John's Pass. It was perfect location with little kiddos! The only thing, I wish there was some upgrades to the unit (working ceiling fan and lights in the bedroom instead of lamps, etc). But overall great stay and will be back again.

Wonderful Stay!

My 13 year old daughter, and my mother in law joined me for a quick Fall break down. We love Surf Song and the family feel it has. The one bedroom with two beds was perfect for us. Having the unit right off the elevator made for a super short walk too! We will be back!

Lovely spot and nice people

Only issue was that the condo was not clean upon our arrival-sand all over the floors, surfaces, and furniture. Once we brought it to the attention of the manager, it was taken care of and the cleaning gal was very nice and did a good job.

Great Location But

The location was perfect right on the beach.The codo was clean but needs some improvements. The mattresses could use an upgrade as well as some of the furniture. Overall the location was perfect but because I couldn't get a good night sleep because of the uncomfortable mattress I wouldn't book this unit in the future
