Two heated pools, a tennis court, and an outdoor sitting area are also available within the community.

The unit sleeps six with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, a sofa sleeper, and bunk beds — a practical configuration for a small family or mixed group staying a month or longer. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.

Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 5-minute walk. Publix, CVS, shops, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby — a car is not needed for daily island life.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a month in a 1 bedroom condo. Accommodations were adequate, nothing spectacular! There were some issues with furnishings initially which we reported and the situation was resolved fairly promptly by the Island Vacation Property management. Loved the location and friendly people in the complex. Considering the hurricane repairs still taking place on the site, we managed quite well and had a good month.

People in the community treated us like we were the owner of the condo, including us in any of the events. The home had everything that we needed. Loved being in the center of the island.
