We had plenty of room, the kitchen was great to cook and eat in, the couch was very comfortable. Location was perfect everything we went to was within 30 minute drive. Isle of Palms, Folly Beach, Aquarium and downtown Charleston. Neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe.

Loved it!
We loved the stay. We truly appreciated the care taken to make the stay comfy. we wished we could stay longer. Perhaps we’ll make another trip that way soon.
This was super roomy. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and we could all sit together to watch a movie at the end of a long day. We all had room at the table. And they even had a high chair for the 2 year old. The beds were actually comfortable! And this is coming from someone who get back pain if its not my bed at home. First time using something like this and because of this experience I will be using it again!
Group of 4 couple playing in a pool tournament nearby it was perfect thank you

Beautiful and Spacious
We rented the house for a family trip for my nieces reception. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. Great location off the main drag with plenty of restaurants and shops close by by the neighborhood is nice and quiet
We spent Christmas in Charleston to visit family and had a lovely time at this house. It looks just like the listing and was easy to find. It was a spacious house in North Charleston with lots of room inside to spread out and relax. We would consider staying here again the next time we visit the Charleston area.
This property was perfect for our needs! It is a short ride to downtown Charleston and only two hours from Savannah GA! It was exactly how they described it! It was like being at home! Beds are so comfortable! Would rent again!
The house is in a nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and the main roads to get around. We had some trouble with check-in. We didnt receive the email with the code for the door. I messaged the property manager through the app 3 times with no response. Tried calling the number the app provided for the property manager and got no answer and voicemail full. I finally called VRBO and they contacted the property manager/owner (not sure) and they sent the email. The inside of the house was as described for the most part. It was clean. We didnt realize from the photos that the two upstairs bedrooms shared a bathroom. But it worked out. One bed upstairs is extra firm but slept ok. The other one upstairs was very sqeaky but comfortable. The beds downstairs were comfortable. The hot tub was nice. It smelled strong of bleach but was fine. Fire pit was good. At one point we could hear whoever monitors the cameras on the house talking through the one on the front but they werent talking to us. Kind of felt like they were listening in but I could be over thinking it. The cleaning people showed up 20 minutes before check out. Overall the house was great. Clean. Great location. Good parking. Neighborhood felt safe to take a morning walk through. I would only suggest them having some more towels available.

Nice home in quiet area
Had a group of seven and place was great for our needs. Very reasonably priced and we had a great stay over a three day weekend. All the beds were comfortable and the large couch and TV made for a relaxing stay when it rained.
Only minor cons are:
- Having not visited the area before, North Charleston is anywhere from 20-45 mins from downtown Charleston. A bit of a commute if going multiple times while visiting. Nothing against the house; just something for others to be aware of if they haven't visited area before.
- As another reviewer mentioned, the wifi router limits the number of devices that can be connected to it at a time. Just something to be aware of if you have multiple people with a lot of devices.
The property was spacious and convenient to many stores and restaurants, however the property itself could use a few small repairs. There was a cabinet door falling off of the hinges and ceiling spackle missing from the ceiling. The trash bin was full when we arrived making it impossible to dispose of our trash properly for the weekend. The management company never responded to our email or calls for early check in either.
The home was in a nice neighborhood, and the backyard was great for our grandchildren to run around and play ball, etc. The fire pit was nice too, but we had to purchase something to start the fire. The shower head on the main level didn’t work, and they didn’t have a plug for the bathtub. We called and left a message, and a bathtub plug was delivered the next day. We ran out of toilet paper and papertowels mid-week, and there were no tissue boxes provided. Also, on the main level bath, there was no body wash in the soap dispenser. There were no brooms to be found for cleanup either. The large dining table and sectional couch in the living spaces were nice.

First Time in VRBO
This was a family trip celebrating my mothers 80th birthday. I'll start with the pros. The house looks likes the pictures, nicely decorated. The king size bed is very comfortable. It was initially warmer upstairs, but it cooled quickly. The neighborhood is quiet. A few cons, which are minor: no additional kitchen trash bags, for a family of 5 the trash filled quickly. The listing stated trash bags were provided. The coffee maker didn't work, and no detergent for the dishwasher. The previous occupants left cigar butts outside on the back patio area and a bag with men's underwear was left behind the chair in the living room...gross. Finally, I reached out to host via phone call and email on the day of check in to inquire about early check in. I assuming a no reply meant no to the early check in...I guess. However, a response would've been professional. Overall, the house and location is nice.
This was a very quiet neighborhood, plenty of room for all 5 adults. The kitchen was well stocked. We had an issue with the downstairs toilet but I am sure it has been resolved as also the lack of hot water. I would definitely stay again!

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location
The kitchen was lacking in utensils. It did have a high chair but no tray. The tubs are old cast iron so they have some rust. The towels smelled like smoke but the brought us more. The upstairs was quite hot. Water dispenser in the fridge wasn’t very fast and took 15 min to fill a glass.

Very warm home
House was more then expected. Very clean, host responsive and all essentials on hand for a great time.
Very nice and spacious home with plenty of rooms for our 3 boys. Everyone had their own space and we really enjoyed being close to the charming downtown area.
Very lovely property and we enjoyed staying there. It was just as described. The only challenge we had was that only one of us could connect to the internet. The wifi service provided only allowed for a limited number of devices to be able to connect. Other than that everything was wonderful 😊
