From the owner: "Thank you for your stay. We were so happy your mom in her wheelchair could come visit. Please come see us again."

From the owner: "I'm glad you enjoyed our chicken and duck eggs. I will tell the sheep you enjoyed their performance. They love the feedback being the divas they are. Lol. Yes, flat shoes are best here but plenty of great theaters, restaurants, and shops you the high heals. Thanks so much for your stay. Come back and see us soon.."

Hi Cindy, thank you for taking the time to share your review. We greatly appreciate your feedback, and we would like to share some insights from the homeowner: -"We did not list a dishwasher as part of our amenities. However, we have recently installed a new dishwasher and are considering whether to add it to the listing or retain it as an unadvertised amenity for our guests' enjoyment. It's worth noting that we do not require guests to wash dishes, but we provide towels, silverware, and a selection of cooking utensils for their convenience. If there is something specific a guest requires and we don't have it, we often provide it or acquire the necessary tool or item. -Regarding the cat smell concern, we meticulously remove pet hair after a guest with pets checks out. While a friend with a cat did stay downstairs, we did not notice any lingering odor after their departure. We were not made aware of any issues during your stay, and we encourage guests to promptly reach out if they encounter any concerns. Our on-site presence allows us to be readily available, and we provide our cell number for convenient communication. As a pet-friendly property, we use Febreze on soft surfaces as a standard practice. -Upon your early departure, we proactively contacted you to confirm that everything was satisfactory, which was the first opportunity we had to address any concerns. We expressed our apologies for any inconveniences you may have experienced and offered a discount on a future stay, which, unfortunately, you declined due to your severe cat allergies. We genuinely wish that you had felt comfortable reaching out earlier, and we sincerely wished you a safe journey home. Once again, we sincerely appreciate your feedback, and we are committed to ensuring that our guests have the best possible experience."

From the Owner: "We love it when people enjoy interacting with the animals. You and the kids were great. Come back anytime, and thank you."

Hi Terry, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: -We apologize for the issues with the wheelchair lift. It was in working order until the day before your stay, and we have scheduled a repair, although it will take some time. We did update the listing to reflect this. -Guests were offered the option to drive up to the back deck due to the lift being out of service. Unfortunately, our lawn service was delayed due to an emergency, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. -We regret the cleanliness oversights in the queen bedroom and will address this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We encourage all our guests to contact us as soon as there is a problem so we can address the issue immediately. -There are trash cans in the bathroom and kitchen, and guests are informed about the outside trash can location. We are always available to assist with any additional needs. -The decks fit the farm style perfectly and have been reinforced and are safe. Thank you for your feedback as it helps us improve for future guests. We appreciate your insights and hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!
