Welcome to Sea Pines—where coastal charm meets resort-style amenities. This inviting 2.5-bedroom, 2-bath home offers comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location just steps from everything that makes Brewster special.

Sea Pines provides a range of amenities for your enjoyment, including a fully renovated community room, fitness center, two tennis courts, pickleball, a playground, and an in-ground pool located very close to the unit. (Please note: Tennis, pickleball, and the exercise room require reservations.)

Take a short 0.1-mile stroll to the association's breathtaking 1,100-ft private beach, where you can savor panoramic views of the famous Brewster Flats and unforgettable Cape Cod sunsets. You'll also be close to local shops, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and favorite restaurants along scenic Route 6A.
Please note: Sea Pines Association does not allow guests to bring pets.

Rental Requirements:
Minimum of 30 consecutive days is required per the Sea Pines Homeowners Association—no exceptions.
Book 31+ nights to avoid lodging tax.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
