A new building is currently being constructed in front of tower 1 which will eventually block some of the view, however, even after construction is finished, the ocean views from the apartment will still be spectacular. As at early January 2024, the new building is only at the 5th floor.

A significant amount of construction is happening across the Gold Coast right now which may result in some construction noise from 7am to around 3pm. While we cannot stop progress, the use of the air-conditioning with the balcony doors closed can filter out sound of construction. Thanks for your understanding.

Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We are including a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.

This apartment has been recently refreshed with new flooring, rug, freshly painted, fridge, SMART TVs, living room sofa and outdoor sofa. Be careful of those apartments in the building still using the furniture from when it was built 10 years ago (you will recognize the same grey lounge and floor rug with a curved pattern!).
