New Construction. 5 bedroom, 5 bath with a loft. Elegant, spacious with designer furnishings. The home features spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The downstairs master faces the Gulf and has a king bed and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other 2 downstairs bedrooms have queen beds. One has a private bath and the other has a shared bath in the hallway, both with walk-in showers. The unit has ample kitchen space with beautiful marble counter-tops and stainless appliances. Upstairs you will find a sleeping loft with a full/twin bunk and a separate full size bed. The loft features a large TV, the perfect escape for the kids! There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with King beds. Both have bathrooms with shower/tub combos. The living area has a huge TV and faces the beach. The unit has its own private, heated pool. Ocean Pearl is a fabulous home to relax in, on the beach! Wet Bar with pebble ice; Gas Grill; Elevator; Private Pool; Commercial Ice maker. Parking for 5 cars

Absolutely Amazing!

This property is a dream come true. The ocean view (and proximity to the beach) is reason enough to stay here. It has all the amenities and then some! 2 ice makers, an elevator, beach towels, a well stocked kitchen, soft towels and sheets. And it was the cleanest house we’ve ever rented. We had 7 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 child and 1 infant and had plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend this property.

Simply Amazing! This house was by far the nicest house I have rented and I have been renting homes for 15 years…. Truly breathtaking ! Top of the line amenities down to the beds and pillows… which I am still trying to find the serta pillow I slept on at stores….. ice machines were awesome, the kitchen was beyond stocked with everything you would ever need. Plenty of pace to spread out and the location was perfect! It was a perfect score, I cannot find one thing to say that wasn’t above expectations! Thank you for a great vacation with our elderly and grandchildren!

Dauphin Island Family vacation

Great place to stay for our family (of 11) vacation. Everything we could possibly need was provided including a coffee maker, Keurig, dish towels, two ice makers, beverage refrigerator and beach towels. The office was responsive (within 30 minutes) to one small concern we had and addressed it immediately. I only gave 4 stars for the check in process because we weren’t able to check in until after 4:00 because of some issues with the previous renters. The rental office staff was great to work with and did what they could to help us. There were double red flags flying for our entire stay due to high winds and riptides so the pool and hot tub were a godsend. Overall the house was great and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Cute house. Property management isn’t great

First, the house is adorable.We tried to check in about a hour and a half early but couldn’t because they were still cleaning. Totally get it. So go back to the office to get the keys a little before 4 (check in is 4). Still not ready. The house ended up being ready late. Not terribly late but still late nonetheless. We chose this house with an elevator because my elderly parents with bad knees struggle with stairs.Well check in on Saturday figure out the elevator is messed up. Called the office super rude lady who kept speaking over me while I was explaining what all we had done then says “we will have someone come out you don’t have to yell” and hangs up. Umm.. ma’am if you weren’t being incredibly rude I wouldn’t have to speak over you and everything you were so condescendingly telling me to do you would know we had already had done. The super rude lady came, she couldn’t fix it. Maintenance ended up coming. They couldn’t fix it either but they were so kind! They helped us carry all of our luggage and coolers up. It was a lot and pretty heavy. Maintenance said they would be in touch Monday to get it fixed once they talked to the elevator company. Do you think we heard from anyone the entire week we were there? Nope. Not to mention the duct work leaking the from the ceiling the first night. Dripping water bubbling the paint and sheetrock. Management did have someone come out about 930 Saturday night to remedy that. Looks like pet stains on a rug upstairs.

Excellent beach house

House was just as described online. Rooms were big enough and far enough away from each other we all had our own privacy. Pier to walk to beach is easily accessible and it’s a very short walk to the beach. Elevator from parking area to first floor helped immensely with getting all belongings to and from the vehicles. House was fully equipped with streaming services and ice machines were awesome and so helpful! We had a wonderful time.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay at the Ocean Pearl. The house was impeccable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotlessly clean. There are two icemakers. One under the house, which was great for loading ice chests for the beach and one inside which had the best ice for drinks! We loved having our own pool, and easy boardwalk access to the beach. The condo on one side and houses on the other are close but we did not have a problem with that! Hope to be back soon!
