Overall this was a lovely place to stay. The house was super clean and the pool was our favorite activity. My only complaint would be that we paid for the pool to be heated and it was not warm enough. The hot tub doesn’t turn on until 4 so we would just freeze in the pool if we swam earlier in the day then that (we went in April, this might not be such a big deal in the middle of July).

Amazing view/ peaceful location
This place was the best. Beautiful red Mountain View’s that we saw sitting in hot tub. The home is accommodating for friends and families. We will stay here again.

Great
We really enjoyed this home. We were there for an ATV trip. This home was located perfectly for the trails we wanted to ride on. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.
My husband and I stayed here with our dogs and loved it. The home was extremely clean, it was well-stocked, furnished nicely, and the pool in the spa for great. And it’s only a 35 minute drive to Zion!
We thoroughly enjoyed the home. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the contact person was responsive. Our only suggestion would be to include more specific instructions regarding the pool and hot tub and tge.

Close to sand hallow
This home has everything you need. Great for your furry friends. We were able to visit the beautiful blue water surrounded by red sand and the sight was breathtaking
We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a break on a month long road trip and just after shore camping and boating in Lake Powell for a week. The house was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The pool was heated, a nice respite from spring lake water, and the yard was fenced and green. The neighborhood was quiet and the private driveway was great for unloading and loading.

Wonderful property, ultra clean
Everything was great - very clean and quiet. The hot tub heat was not working the second night but we were enjoying the quiet so we didn't bother to call anyone. Everything else was wonderful and relaxing.
Super nice for our family . I wish it would have had 1 more bathroom … The pool was
So nice. The hot tub worked for a hr then the jets never worked after that The garbage cans out side were so full hadn’t been dumped in who knows how long. Other than that good 👍
We stayed here over spring break and really enjoyed it. Loved that we could bring our dog and that the backyard was large and fenced. Loved that there is a pool and hot tub. Loved that there are plenty of bedrooms and plenty of beds. Overall a great experience. Be aware of the pool heating times, because it's not an all day thing. And be aware that there is no door on the master bathroom or shower, so lock the master bedroom door when you take a shower (but please put a curtain or something on the shower, Evolve, because it's cold in there otherwise).
Overall we were very happy. I wish that the pool fees would have been more obvious. When seeing “heated pool” in the description we expected it to be part of the cost. 2 hours before we got there is reviewed the listing again and saw there was a 75.00 a day charge and the pool and hot tub were on a timer so we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub in the mornings. Rewriting the title and/or adding the pool cost into the daily rate may avoid some confusion and frustration. I would stay again but would request different timers. We were there for 4 days and the pool was an extra 350.00 for limited times. All in all the house was beautiful and the grounds were great for meeting our ATV trailer needs.
We had a great stay here for 3 nights. The house was super clean and spacious. It was just two of us so we didn’t use all of the bedrooms, but I can imagine a large family could stay here comfortably. The linens were very comfortable. We did have an issue with the AC when we arrived but the property managers were very responsive and it was resolved quickly. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was great but very warm. The location was outstanding. Only things of note are a security camera in the back yard trained on the pool. It made us very uncomfortable, and all we were doing was swimming. The internet quality was rough, wouldn’t really let us watch much on the TV. Maybe it was the TV being a Roku. The street noise was loud into the night, but out of the control of the property managers. Otherwise, definitely a wonderful stay in a nice property. (By the way - I fixed your thermostat and ice maker for you 😀)
Thanks!
This house was very expensive. For the price, things should have been much, much better. I would not return for free.
First, the neighborhood is very noisy. There is construction next door, two doors down, four houses down, etc. The entire neighborhood. Before 7 a.m. until early evening, you can expect pneumatic nail guns, saws, trucks, radios, yelling workers, backhoes, etc. Right behind the house is a huge storage facility -- you'd better believe no one there cares you are trying to chill. Bury any notion of relaxing quietly by the pool right now.
Second, the house was not clean. For that money, dirty q-tips on the floor, candy wrappers in the sofa, blood drops in the shower, hair in all the drawers, sticky counters, crumbs in the silverware is absolutely unacceptable. It was gross. Our first two hours in the house were spent cleaning. Then, every day there we had to kill roaches. All door mats, inside and out, had not been cleaned in a millennia. Everything was dusty.
The entire house needs a serious spring cleaning on top of normal weekly cleaning.
Third, do not expect to use the pool table. Half of the table cannot be used because of the room it is in. Think Kramer and the Maestro in George's bedroom.
Fourth, the house does not come with garage door openers, and the front and back door are absolutely murder to use. There are simple maintenance issues everywhere.
Fifth, the property is managed by Evolve, meaning you will not be able to get in contact with anyone, ever. When you contact them through VRBO, they actually ask you to not contact them through VRBO because "they are really busy."
The "local" guy was a bit rude, and unhelpful. The most he did was blame housekeeping, i.e. not his problem. His motivation was clearly to get paid, and do nothing.
I would never return to this home.
