Floors were dirty as indicated by our feet although they did not look like it. Great beds. Very nicely decorated. Kitchen was great as we cooked several meals. Downside for us is having to navigate the stairs which we did not realize. Hard for adults in their 60’s with arthritis and also young children.

Good experience overall. Small but Updated kitchen. Started with just my mom and I and then hubbies joined in later in the week. Plenty of room for four. Everything was nice and clean. We could not get the outlets in either bathroom to work. Had to use hair dryers, etc in outlets in bedrooms. Might also consider putting a power strip in master near bedside table. No where charge phone/watches there… had to leave plug in on the bedroom wall and leave on the floor to check time (no clocks). Overall very good experience though! Nice area to walk around! There was a poolAnd playground fairly close by. And you have to go to Billy Gail’s for breakfast!!

We did have a little difficulty finding the correct unit because we arrived after dark and there are several units. Condo was 3 sets of stairs down, so be prepared to haul your luggage. The condo was nice and had all essentials expected. Only drawback for us was attention to detail in the cleaning. The condo was not dirty, but for sure hadn't been thoroughly cleaned or dusted in a while. Very close to our activities while in town, We would defiantly stay again!

Beautiful property and scenery. Way better than a hotel! Only downside was the faint smell of cigarette smoke on entering the condo. May have been another unit filtering in but the smell was there.

Notch estates is quiet, very nice condo's that are close to everything we wanted to see and do while there. Would rent again if available when we visit.

Terrific and very covenient property

A very nice two bedroom with updates throughout. All the conveniences you'd want including washer/dryer, wifi, and a great deck for relaxing and overlooking a beautiful nature area.  The walking trails and fishing lake are a very close walk from your front door. Just around the corner from Silver Dollar City and close to Branson West for all your grocery and other general needs during your stay.

We stayed for 3 days and this condo was just as described. We prefer to stay at Notch Estates because it's close to SDC. The condo was clean and the bed were comfortable.

Great getaway. The only thing i would want people to know stairs are wicked for us 60 year olds but i would stay again but one that has fewer stairs. Nice place.

close to Silver Dollar City!

Adorably updated condo less than 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City made it very easy to go to the park in the cooler morning hours, return to rest at the condo during the heat of the day, then head back to the park for the evening hours without spending valuable time commuting!

Very nice condo. Great distance to sliver dollar city. The only down side was the smoke smell, which I know they were aware of and tried everything to combat it. Only other thing I wish they had were better pots and pans. They only had one pan and there was no dish soap. But other than that a very cozy condo!

Great Condo!

Very clean, comfortable, well stocked. Great location for silver dollar city, short drive. The pull out bed in the living room was not very comfortable but fine for one teenager. Our neighbors were very quiet. The small hiking trail was fun and the pools were never crowded. We would stay there again!

Visited Silver Dollar City just minutes away. Also drove about 15 minutes into Branson proper. We much prefer being away from Branson and closer to SDC and Table Rock lake. This is a very nicely done condo. Highly recommend

Lots of stairs GREAT view

Very quiet neighborhood, safe and lots of parking. Comfortable with plenty of seating. The deck view is amazing, looking out into a wooded area. With luggage the stairs were a lot! One entrance was 3 flights the other a long 2 flight. The fireplace made it extra cozy. For being Branson, it was easy to navigate and away from all the noise.

The location is great. It’s 2 miles from SDC and there is good food all around. The pool and playground were great. The condo was clean and very neatly decorated. Everything would have been great, except there was a strong odor of cigarettes. You could tell the property manager tried to mitigate it - an air purifier, cedar bags in every room, and multiple air fresheners in every room. But the smell was still strong. Other than that smell, the condo was great.

Wonderful property

This property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Quiet and clean neighborhood (my 3rd time to stay in properties in this complex). Balcony is perfect for listening to the birds and spending time with nature. Condo is lovely inside with modern/farmhouse decor and upscale linens. Only suggestions I have would be to add bath mats and rugs to the bathrooms and add some wine glasses in the kitchen. Check in instructions were easy to follow and no issues accessing the property. There are stairs to navigate to reach the condo - not an issue for us but a consideration if mobility is limited. I would highly recommend this stay and would stay here again without hesitation.

We spent Christmas week there and it was a cute little place. The cleaning company needs to pay a little more attention. My 3 year old found pills (not in a bottle) under one of the beds. Lots of cobwebs. We also found candy around the couch area. On the surface the place looks and smells clean but I do believe it’s rushed. I would however stay there again. It’s a very cute updated place. Perfect location for everything we had planned

Great property - would stay again

This was such a beautifully updated property. The views were gorgeous with late autumn fog. It was much quieter than the other properties we’ve stayed at here. The only reason that I did not give it full stars on cleanliness is because it smelled very strongly of smoke as soon as we walked in. We turned on the air purifier and it helped. The smell seemed to be coming from the master bath, probably from another unit or outside. However, it was pretty unpleasant. I messaged the property manager to let them know it wasn’t us that caused the smell but didn’t hear back. We’d love to stay here again should the opportunity arise and it remain affordable.
