JOHNSON RANCH BUNGALOW

Relaxing & inviting home in the quiet neighborhood of Johnson Ranch; 2150 square foot, 4 bedroom house.
This house is fully furnished. All floor is carpet and tile.
For your convenience, there is wireless highspeed internet.
For your enjoyment a 75" TV with 35 channels, Amazon Prime stick is provided to acccess your Netflix or Prime acct.

Pool is complete along with landscaping. See pictures.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes, cookware, small appliances.
The laundry area includes a washer and dryer with all the latest features and ample shelves for storage.
All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and each has a ceiling fan, linens are included.
The master bathroom has a king size bed , dresser, 2 night tables and a large walk-in closet; Ensuite bathroom with a double shower..
Second Bedroom has a two double bunk beds. Third and fourth bedrooms are locked off for owner use. Rental use available on approval.
There is AC throughout.
There is a Triple attached garage with parking for one vehicle.
Back yard includes a covered patio, an open patio, several shrubs and an orange tree. There is a grill on a pad attached to the covered patio.
All linens are included, including pool towels.
This home is tastefully decorated and clean from top to bottom.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOME AND SORRY, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
There is access to 3 pools all within Johnson Ranch ; These pools are heated to 86 degrees year round.

San Tan Valley stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Johnson Ranch Bungalo. The property owner was very friendly and if I had a question I could call him and he would answer whatever I needed to know. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't heated so we didn't use it.

We really enjoyed renting your home. The house was very nice and very comfortable. It is located in a great area close to everything we like to do. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. Anytime I had a question he always had a very quick response. We very much appreciated that. We will definitely stay here again

Fun in the warm weather.

The stay was fun and relaxing. The home we stayed in was very nice, but might have looked for something different if we would have known more about the pool construction that was going on while we were there. Our last morning was a mess as the construction crew arrived at 7:30 am so we had to rush to get out as they needed to use the driveway. We thought we had until 10:00 am to be out.

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Master bedroom and bath are very nice. Kitchen is roomy and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Winter Getaway

Great home with plenty of kitchen equipment including a Keurig. Comfortable king bed. Neighborhood is quiet. It was a plus to park the car in a garage. Owner responded to questions we had quickly. One television in the home and choices were limited.
