Great Place!

We were in town for the AAU Nationals (volleyball). Great location! Walmart and chick fil a close very close. Great, quiet place. Pools were clean and rarely crowded. No hot tub. We felt very safe to walk around the property. Townhouse was very clean and well stocked. We would stay again and recommend.

Perfect

This house was perfect for us. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was about 20-30 minute drive but it was still the perfect location for us. There was a Walmart and chick fil a down the road and lots of other places to eat. Being that the girls has to wake up early to play, I liked that quiet time was at 9 pm, it gave my girls a chance to get some rest. It was roomy and I never felt cramped with 5 of us there. Will most likely book here again!

Not pet friendly

We rented this property basically to sleep and have a place for our dog since it was advertised as pet friendly. We drove 8 hour to find out it was not. Pet friendly. It was very inconvenient and disappointing. Other than that the property a was clean and well stock with a new fridge. Annie tried to assist and was very nice on the phone. But we were not able to bring our dog. Luckily we had family close by that was able to keep him.

Review of the townhouse!

We had a great stay was checked in quickly at the guard station and it's a very quiet community no problems at all. Air worked perfect for us with it being almost 90 degrees outside. Townhouse was clean when we arrived stove worked dishwasher worked front load washer and front load dryer all worked great! The only thing I would say is maybe check the water heater the water was lukewarm not hot but we dealt with it and still took showers just fine. The water just didn't get as hot for a shower as usual even if we hadn't used any water yet. Pool was easily accessible near townhouse and it was very clean and newly remodeled bathrooms at the pool house. I would definitely recommend this place for families!

Misleading

The property was as described regarding cleanliness, location and proximity to all attractions. The appliances were there but old and in need of update. We rented this property because it was listed as pet friendly and we paid the pet fee. We do not have pets. We were traveling to Florida to spend time with my son who has a service dog. Four days before check-in I received an e-mail stating that the owner had changed their mind and the property was no longer pet friendly. As a result of this my son was unable to visit. With only four days until check-in we were unable to have our money refunded in enough time to find another rental. We booked and paid in full 3 to 4 weeks prior and giving us 4 days notice of the owner's change of mind was unacceptable and poor business practice.
