Outdated condo with incredibly noisy appliances. Beds were also incredibly noisy/ squeaky. This condo was adequate for my large family but for the price we were disappointed. No communication with the owners, only a property manager. Multiple things broken ( urgent issue was addressed). Large Dining table and adequate living room seating with additional chairs was good. Plenty of parking. We didn't use pool facilities to rate, but they were open, even in December. Location was acceptable to the Disney Parks, but be prepared for traffic when considering location.

My issues were ther patio was nasty. Only went out there one time. Even though that was one of the reasons I picked that place. There were bugs in the floor in multiple rooms. There were live termites in the back bathtub. All that was bad but cold showers most days was awful!!! We have a rental condo and this place was not clean. The bed in the back room sounded like it was a million years old. You couldn’t sit down or roll over without the whole house heating you. The entire place needs updated

Although our beds are only a year old, we understand that individual preferences vary when it comes to mattresses, and I regret that you did not find yours to your liking. Additionally, I will arrange for an inspection of the water heater. Please note that simultaneous usage of showers by multiple guests may affect water temperature, and I appreciate your understanding in this matter.After reviewing your feedback, I promptly consulted with our Property Manager to address your concerns. I'm pleased to inform you our property is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, with documentation available upon request. Rest assured, as my condo is constructed with cinderblock, termites are not a possibility. The tubs have been resurfaced to ensure a pest-free environment and outdoor furniture is regularly sanitized.I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Nasty - Do not stay here

This place was clearly not vetted, filthy dirty, ants all over kitchen and flying sewer flies from kitchen and bath sinks? I called and the guy came out and sprayed did nothing about the filth, mold in showers and baths, hair and a dirt in bathrooms, sewer smell in bathrooms, grime and grease on stove back splash, filthy kitchen linens, stains on walls, nasty. We bailed.

Our property manager went to assist with the pests and noted windows were open. We encourage guests to keep windows and doors closed to avoid bugs coming in. -Our property manager reports you didn't mention any other cleanliness concerns. If there were cleanliness concerns, they should've been brought to our attention when you checked in. The property was guest-ready for your stay. -We'd like to note, the guests before and after you had no concerns. -We were hospitable and agreed to allow you to end your stay early, as well as issue a generous refund.   We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

I spent 8 days in Florida, visiting a long time friend, in her beautiful condo. Great place to vacation, pool across the walkway. 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, with plenty of room. Perfect location to restaurants, stores, and activities. Condo is clean, spacious, well equipped with all appliances. Great place for family or friends to enjoy Florida.

We had a group of 5 golfers for a 4 night stay.

We had a group of 4 golfers and an 83 year old dad who came with us. Although the weather was a little cold, we had a great time. The condo was exactly as advertised We cooked for breakfast every morning, and had everything that we needed. It was clean and quiet, and we were directly across from the heated pool and hot tub. Having stayed there, I may visit again later this year to bring the family down for a Disney vacation. Thanks again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was very comfortable, clean, cozy, and definitely felt like I was at home. Location was close to stores, Disney, Universal etc. All amenities were easy to access. Very quiet during the night. No complaints. Will definitely look into booking again if we were to go back to Florida.

Place was convienent and beds were reasonably comfortable. Was pretty dirty and dishes in cupboard also dirty- yick. Bedspread had DNA from previous renter- double yick. At first glance it appears dated but fine, but once you start moving around inside it shows some lack of care ( don’t flip the coffee table cushions to use the tray tables- completely filthy). This could be a great place if they put a touch more care into providing kitchen utensils ( pizza cutter, serving bowls, reusable coffee filter, etc) and a little deeper clean. Enjoyed our stay and loved being across from the pool.

Location was fine, gated entrance provided good sense of security. Unit was dated. Got in late, went to setup coffee pot for the morning, filter w/grounds was still in it from a previous visitor, covered with mold. Wouldn't stay here again.

Not the best. Outdated in many ways. Had to call manager to get supplies such as toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing pods, etc. Had to deal with small ants in kitchen. Heavy mirrored closet door fell down and almost hit children. Would not stay again, and would not recommend it to friends.

Home owner was great to accomidate our needs, very responsive and communicated great with answers to all of our questions. Very concerned for the special needs we had and made it able to be taken care of! Clean, well kept, nice area. Being very close to parks was nice without paying resort prices. Only thing i would change is the kitchen could be bigger with a few extra cooking tools. Overall great stay and would definately return to this home again!
