Fabulous for families!

Perfect location- super easy to get to the beach and Avenue. Lots of space and very clean! We felt instantly at home! We will definitely book this location again!

Great vacation rental

We always like to stay in this development in Rehoboth, because although it's not right on the beach, it includes access to a nice pool and tennis courts. Having the flexibility to alternate between time at the beach and time swimming and relaxing poolside is nice. The property was spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable for our family.

Could have been better

Some windows had no blinds or curtains. Bunk beds for kids were not comfortable. Since there were no dressers should have been hangers. Should have listed on website that we needed to bring toilet paper, paper towels etc. No iron. loved the area. Pool really not big enough to accommodate the crowd.
