Great location just minutes from the St. John's airport. Great location for those coming to visit family in the area or visiting for the first time. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a two bedroom suite.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, modern, private and had everything we could need and more. It’s 10-15 mins from the airport in a quiet neighbourhood and about 20 mins to downtown St. John’s. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good place to be

Very good peaceful. We had a good back yard. We did not see are host only when we arrive very friendly. We were very comfortable and very quiet. We were near big store and restaurants.

Stayed during the first week of the 2025 Canada Games. Perfect stay. Super clean. Everything is brand new, appliances, furniture, beds, bathroom. The kitchen had all kitchen tools, plates, bowls and utensils you could think of. Beds are comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

A lovely time

They say pictures do justice and that was the case here. This place is absolutely stunning. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. There was a little binder with instructions and even a recommendation list for places to see and places to eat. I highly recommend this property. It felt like home.

We are vets when it comes to VRBO. It’s so very nice to get what was advertised! Highly recommend this suite! We were in close proximity to the Airport, St. John’s and multiple small quaint towns! We hope to be back! K&F

Excellent basement apartment, better than home as advertised. Torbay needs to reduce the number of speed "humps" and do some brush clearing at the end of street.

The only caveat is that there's outside stairs to get to the entrance. I use a walker. But otherwise it's lovely and has all the features you need.

This VRBO is located in a nice quiet part of Torbay, very convenient for exploring St. John's and area. The accommodations were great, clean well kept and up to date with lots of amenities. Kristin, the owner was very quick to respond to any communications and checked in to see how we were doing. There is literally nothing more we could have expected from this place or this owner. Highly recommend.
