Condo 77-3 (Casa Classon) is a first-class beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental on the Sea of Cortez — step out the door to your own sandy shores.

Casa Classon is easily the most desirable condo on the beach, with executive attention given to every aspect of this generous property.

Three of the finest luxury master bedroom suites you may ever see, each with billowing comforters and soft cushions, await your arrival.

This designer's delight features 2 spacious living rooms, plenty of flat-screen satellite TVs, music, and spectacular balcony views. The granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully furnished with all you could possibly imagine for a spectacular cocktail hour and gourmet dinner.

You will want for nothing. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests with 6 adult pool passes only. Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day.

No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. No off-road vehicles permitted in this community (exception for race teams).

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM. Please treat her gently.

Property was nice but kitchen sink didn't work, one of the toilets was running constantly and didn't work...it was cold at night.....no blanket anywhere in house.. house needs attention..

Home was clean and easy to check in check out. This would be a 5 if it had internet. Hard to work going to the pool to get access and cell phone coverage was poor.

Pros and cons but was still probably the best place to stay in San Felipe.

Location as a beach front was good. Check in confusion, had to go to two different places to get checked in. Didn't feel completely clean, sand on carpet when we arrived. Lots of sand and dirt in neighborhood so hard to keep clean. Laundered towels still in dryer, some laying on top, didn't know if they were clean or not. Plenty of space for two couples. Pool was cold, one hot tub cold, one lukewarm. Restaurant at golf course was decent. The town leaves a lot to be desired!
