La Hacienda Condo 7 is a beautiful one-bedroom San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the La Hacienda gated community, charmingly decorated and equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the living room couches convert to extra sleeping for two. The living room features a Smart TV with streaming apps (YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video). Two balconies offer different views — one overlooking the courtyard and swimming pool (shaded afternoon spot), and the other from the master bedroom with Sea of Cortez views (perfect for watching fishermen at sunrise).
La Hacienda has one of the best beaches in San Felipe, just a short walk away with complimentary palapas and shallow, wave-free waters. Sand dunes nearby are perfect for ATV and quad riding.
This second-floor rental includes 2 community access cards with a $50 refundable deposit per card. Towels are not included. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. No pets allowed. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
