This property is in the heart of OTR. Don't count on street parking, but the parking lot is a short block away. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Nice Space - Walkable to restaurants
We enjoyed our time in the apartment - close to lots of restaurants and the park. Parking was tricky to find (especially in an unfamiliar city), but once we found the paid lot on 14th and Vine, we were fine.No convenience stores or bodegas nearby, so be sure to bring your own groceries or make a run to the store (via car) if you need anything.
Fantastic location in the OTR. Access to all the great shops and local restaurants was exceptional. Sacred Beast Diner is only steps away. Best food and overall experience in the OTR-Hands Down! Street parking can be a challenge.
My son and I came in for the Bengals vs Ravens football game. The condo had everything we needed. The location was convenient and we liked having restaurants very close. Outside the immediate area was a little sketchy and we had to be careful about where we were in the evenings. Overall we had a great time.
I was in town helping my daughter move into her new apartment just a street over and this VRBO residence made things very convenient. My daughter was also able to spend a night in the apartment and it was comfortable for thr both of us.

Opening Day 2023
There were a few items that we noticed when we checked in. Emailed the guest contact listed provided and they responded almost immediately and made arrangements to correct the issues. Excellent customer service was provided, and I would recommend this property to anyone planning to spend a few days in Cincinnati.

OK stay: simple fixes and clearer check-in needed
Great location; much better directions for check-in are needed. Using the address given in Google and Apple maps won't get you to the correct building, and the gate is right next to another keypad gate. Luckily, after walking around the wrong block, the host answered the phone right away and was able to get me into the unit, but it took another 8 minutes.
Third floor apartment wasn't an issue since we are in good health, but if you can't climb two flights of stairs with luggage, look elsewhere.
Apartment was in ok shape, some simple fixes are highly recommended.
- Kitchen sink drain has an odor, garbage disposal needs cleaning.
- Natural light in kitchen/living room is great, bathroom could use a brighter light.
- Host said on phone that toiletries were restocked, but shampoo/bath wash were empty
- light in right bedroom not securely attached to the wall
- linens on bed and couch were wrinkled and had lint; made us question their freshness/cleanliness
Otherwise, it is was a nice and surprisingly quiet stay in a great walkable location, but for a rate that is higher than nice hotels downtown, I'm not sure I would stay again or just take the street car.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and close to lots of shopping, restaurants and Pubs. I would stay here again. I would add a little more detail to how to find the apartment as that was a little tough. I called the property manager and she quickly helped me get in.
Our stay was overall really great! The only thing I will say is that the description that the parking is free on the street and first come first serve is a bit skewed, you have to have a OTR parking permit to park on the street anywhere near this property. We had to find a parking lot with availability and spent about 50 in parking for the weekend. Not a huge deal, just would have been nice to know in advance.
