The house was big and beautiful. The pool was amazing. Maintenance could be better as there were paint chippings everywhere including the cub boards., baseboards, stairs. Wall is peeling by the living room window. Lights were missing in the hot tub. Other than that I loved this house. I will stay here again

Location was convenient. The space for a large family was great. The management/caretaker communication was easy. They accommodated a last minute need for us. Otherwise, this house needs a lot of attention. Pictures don’t show the wear and tear. There are some plumbing and electrical repairs needed to be done as well as some cosmetic repairs needed. All was reported and responded to.

We enjoyed the house! The pool was amazing; as well as the jacuzzi! Everything was very clean. It would be an option if we returned to Richardson for another stay!

House needs attention! Cleaning crews do the bare minimum. Electrical issues throughout, MANY lights do not work, sewer backup on main floor. Lawn not maintained upon arrival.

Perfect Size for Our Group

We had a group use this property while in town for a conference. It was great to have all of the private bedrooms as well as a common area to debrief their time at the conference. They also used the kitchen to prepare breakfast for several days. While the property was as listed, they were disappointed that it wasn't as clean as they would have expected. They had trouble with the door code when they arrived, but the property manager was able to give them a different code to use.

Volleyball tournament

Poorly cleaned, spa area is filthy. Ants all over counter upon arrival, host told us to go buy spray and traps, we’d be reimbursed. No instruction book for spa or WIFI, had to ask for info. Remotes missing from various tv’s, we still enjoyed our time with family but not at all what we anticipated. We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s across the country this was by far our worst experience. Disappointed for sure. Jason

We showed up and the pool was green. The manager was nice and worked with us to get us into a different place. The house was nice and clean. Pool was not.

Beautiful home - needs repairs

Setting & Location was wonderful - we were a little disappointed in maintenance of kitchen equipment- dishwasher never worked even tho they sent repairman who worked on it 2 hrs. Pretty poor quality utensils, pans, etc. Somewhat difficult to reach host.

The house was clean but several things needed to be upgraded. For example—family members were looking forward to the hot tub. It never got hot, only Luke warm. Dishwasher did not drain/clean properly. There were 10 adults in our group snd there was a total of 5 washcloths in the bathrooms

Good place for a reunion

The house was just as described. The pool and hottub were working great. We did find several things either missing (outdoor cushions), damaged/failed (several lightbulbs, cabinet handles). Overall it was worth the price and a good stay for a large group. Comfortable and clean rooms. A small plumbing issue the manager replied to but wasn’t able to resolve which is understandable as it was a Sunday. I would stay here again as I’m sure the little things will be fixed in time.
