**Please note that the unit is above a tiny laundromat (there is no walk-in business/storefront) so from 9am - 5pm mild to moderate noise and some vibration may be heard/felt.**

• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate. Contact host for details.

Street parking is available but not guaranteed, when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere to city and state laws.

And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit (entire upper unit of a two-story duplex) including living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry, and private balcony area. Note this home is a duplex and the downstairs is occupied by a small laundromat (no walk-in business) while the entire upper floor is the space being offered. Due to it being a small laundromat you may feel or hear the machines running during the day.
This historic renovation in Mid-City is the perfect spot for your stay in New Orleans! With all the amenities you could ask for, you can enjoy a stress-free visit to New Orleans!

We are a 30-second walk to the Streetcar for a 10- minute ride to the French Quarter and Downtown! Alternatively, the Lafitte Greenway (a bike path to the French Quarter!) is just a few blocks away with bike rentals on the way there!

Great stay
Great little upper level unit with comfy beds. Easy to navigate car to the Quarter. Never struggled to find parking. Kitchen is a little sparse, but why cook when you have so many delicious restaurants to choose from?
