You’ll notice the spacious living area and the convenient, fully stocked kitchen when you first come in. There’s even a dining area where you can enjoy your meals or grab a quick snack.

There is a flat-screen TV in the living room and every bedroom, so the family can watch whatever they want. The kids’ bedrooms also have fun features like themed décor! This home also features a private covered pool area in your backyard.

This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.

No Pets Allowed Policy: **This property is NOT pet-friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.

Pool Policy: **Please note: this property has a pool - pool heat fees apply. Please inquire within for costs and minimum nights required.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.

Horrible house

This house was filthy. Bathrooms , floors, walls. There was no hand towels , hot pads, hand soap, or kitchen towels. The box spring in downstairs bedroom was unable, after flying all night to not get any sleep on that bed and go straight to the parks was miserable. We ended up taking a mattress from another bedroom and putting 2 together to make a bed. We had to move the bed frame out of the way so we didn’t trip on it. We had to move another mattress so we could use all the bed rooms. Who wants to go on vacation and move mattresses from room to room ?! There was also no pillows in the upstairs master bedroom. The “bath mats” were filthy and unusable. We just used bath towels on the floor. We left hot pads and kitchen towels at the house, since nothing was provided. We had the cleaning manager come clean the bathrooms, they were so dirty. The pool heater was “broken” the pool guy worked on it for a few hours , after 3 days of it not being heated we said we wanted our money back.

Cleanliness/ failure to fulfill the amenities in description

The house was in poor/ unsanitary condition. Found condoms under the mattress, while trying to flip it because you sank to the middle. We found the problem. The box springs were broken with wood pieces protruding into the mattress. The carpet had burnt spots in it throughout the house .There was a cigarette butt under the dresser upstairs. A cigarette burn hole in the sheet that was on the bed in the upstairs master suite. There were pubic hairs in the bathtub All the dinning seats were strained and some torn. We had 0 wash clothes and 3 towels in a house that is supposed to accommodate 12 people. 0 pool heat after paying extra. We were told that if the temperature was below 55 it would not work. It didn't work when it was any temperature. Yes we did call love rentals, the property manager company with no avail on the pool heat and received towels on day 3 and wash clothes on day 5. All the solar lights in the front yard were broken and laying in the yard. The garage was left unlocked. We secured it so no one could enter the house. We thought.Later we found the front windows were no closed and locked. There was a dead frog between the window and screen. We managed to secure that window just to find the rear window looking out to the pool would not lock and the broken screen doors to the pool from outside wouldn't lock. Leaving the home not secured at all. The cushions on the sofa were severely stained and ripped. I sent some photos of what I have mentioned. I truly don't believe the owner of this property has any idea about the issues with this home.
