Full large 5 bed, 3 bedroom apartment in the lower level of My home for monthly rentals. Fully furnished with all amenities featuring dishwasher, fireplace , well lit large kitchen , internet, smart 50"TV with Netflix and other apps .
Please note bookings are for one person , any extra persons is $10 per day. (Under 12 $3/ day )
Convenient Central Location & interesting well traveled host . Full 5 bed, 3 bedroom apartment in the lower level of my home. I live in the upper level! One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Another bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. The third one has a queen bed. It is a cozy 1100 square feet apt.
fully furnished with many amenities, dishwasher, 2-electric Fireplace (heater), microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. Large and well lit kitchen with 2 windows. Location is central, close to downtown and major bus routes!

Great location

We wanted to stay somewhere other than a hotel. We chose this location because it wasn’t far from all the places where we needed to go. I had surgery, and we wanted to be local for a week after my procedure. The landlord and his wife were away on vacation while we were there (so lucky) but he gave us contact information for his son and daughter-in-law.

Great stay

We were overall happy with our stay. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The suite is a basement suite, so not a lot of light, but we also didn’t spend too much time there so it didn’t matter too much. The location is convenient for access to downtown/Forks etc. Easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice place to stay

The host is wonderful, nice and very friendly. The apartment is worth more than the amount paid I will recommend the apartment over and over again for friends who want to come to Winnipeg
