Perfect vacation

A beautifully appointed unit, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The moment you look out the window, you’re greeted by a breathtaking ocean view. The balcony is especially enjoyable—not only for the scenery, but also for the live evening music drifting up from the bar below, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The beach is excellent, and the resort offers several pools, hot tubs, and many other amenities, all of which are well described on the website.

This Beach Studio Apartment was exactly how the pictures state! Superb Condo with beautiful views and close to lots of things. Our stay was wonderful the kids loved their own space with their own bed TV’s. Great Communication with the host/owner Helps answer all your questions and has great tips for fun places, The beach was busy but fun! Kids enjoyed listening to the music and karaoke at the restaurant below. This is a great unit to stay at!

Sooo perfect!!! I will definitely go back! I love the king bed right at the window so you can see the ocean and everything going on. I was leaving at about 4:30 AM in the morning to go to the beach Shelling and my mom could watch me from the bed out of the big window. It was so nice to hear the live music in the evenings and even during the day sometimes. I was a little concerned that it would be too loud late at night. I was wrong! If you crack the sliding door a little bit it sounds so nice and relaxing then just close the door and you can’t hear anything. Great place! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely condo with us.

This beach front condo was a perfect location, and very short walk to the beach! It was comfortable for 2 people. It was extremely clean, decorated nicely and offered several amenities. The Renaissance Tower was very clean. I loved that they had a water fountain in the lobby to fill up your water bottles, like the airport has. They have carts to bring up your belongings.The resort has a lot of activities to do and very walkable. There have been several upgrades recently to it. We actually met the host, Shawna, who was very nice and took time to welcome and chit chat with us in the hallway. She left us a welcome basket with goodies in the condo, which was a very personal touch! I would definitely stay here again. It was also only 15 minutes from the airport - easy Lift ride.

Spring Break& Easter 2024

If you are looking for a place that feels like home and like your renting from family…..you need to look no further! Shawna is the best and made us feel like family and welcomed from day one! Our family was able to get in our room a little earlier than expected due to our room being ready on arriving to the beach. As we entered our home away from home for the week we were welcome with snacks and a thoughtful Easter basket with candy for the boys. The studio is decorated so beautifully, very clean, comfortable: mattresses ✔️, & kitchen had everything we needed and more! Big Plus: (Balcony) beach view when the boys liked throwing football on the beach in the afternoons. Wall Beds with individual tv’s as the boys hooked up their PlayStations. Our family looks forward to booking with Shawna again! Promise you want be disappointed!!!

BOOK NOW! You will not regret it. I wish I could give 10 stars. Shawna treated us like family during our stay in her condo. We was celebrating both my son and fiancé's birthdays during our week stay for our annual vacation and she went above and beyond when I mentioned asking about a local bakery she recommended- she said let me treat you. Room was decked out in decor, cupcakes and a large birthday cake personalized for them. Let's just say- she thought of every fine detail preparing this room for any vacationer. It has the small things down to seasonings, scissors, umbrella and chairs for beach, Tupperware, sandwich bags, personal hygiene supplies, extra toiletries and plenty of towels and wash cloths, snacks set up in basket. Anything you could have forgot- don't fret it was there. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows both firm and soft are provided. There is a box of toys in the corner for kiddos too. The room smelled amazing on arrival and was beyond deep cleaned very well- no sand residual to floors like most beach front rooms from traffic in. It feels very homey and beachy with the decor she has chosen too. The resort has went through a major renovation and you can tell how much improvement and money has been put into it. We appreciated the options of pools, hot tubs within the resort along with Nightly karaoke was fun to watch from the balcony in the glider chairs and watching others hunt for sea shells in the beach at night.

Great condo, but...

We enjoyed our accommodations immensely. Had everything we needed and more. Our only wish was that there was a little more open space to put our personal things (maybe fewer decorations). The place is beautiful and you can tell the host/owner takes great pride in it. However, we were very disappointed with the resort. The pool next to our building was closed. The other pools were so full there was no room to sit down. You had to enter and exit the building through one door only and go around a big construction fence to get to the beach, etc. Lots of litter. People hung their laundry all over the balconies. It just wasn't very attractive and needed some TLC. Also, they charged $20 to drive our car into the resort. We didn't know about that (as well as the construction project) at the time of booking. The resort sent us a letter just prior to our stay saying we got a discounted rate but I don't know if that happened or not. It would be nice if the resort would provide a partial refund.

Horrible experience

When booking we were not informed that the building would be under construction come time for our vacation which meant we didn’t have access to all amenities which other vacationers also complained about to us.We were given a hard time to get the passcode to get into the gate which I never received in an email and when we got into the unit, our comforter had blue crusty stains all over it, which indicates it was not washed, and there were stains on the pullout couch mattress, and as we tried to exit the door the handle came off. Extra blankets as stated …….nope! Forget about being able to maneuver around on the small deck with the very large glider chairs. The building was not clean at all and only 2 elevators were working which meant long lines to get into one. One nice thing was having the Quarter Deck right there which was fun to listen to during nights with bands and karaoke. Also, if the room says it fits 5 people DO NOT bring in anyone extra. We brought in a 12 year old friend of our daughters along with our other kids which we have on prior vacations with no issues and were evicted after being there only 3 1/2 days. She was not willing to communicate with us by phone to figure something out, it was “get her out or be evicted”. This was my first time booking through VRBO and never again !
